Chloe Hennessy leads Clinical Governance and Quality at the Pharmacy Guild of Australia, which includes the Quality Care Pharmacy Program, a quality assurance program designed to guide community pharmacies in providing high quality, consistent and safe care to their patients. Chloe has a rich and varied experience including customer and stakeholder engagement, program design and development, new system implementation, change management and leadership. With more than 15 years of experience working in pharmacy accreditation, Chloe has a deep understanding of quality management systems, standards and accreditation and how these translate to the pharmacy environment. Chloe’s passion for quality accreditation and continuous improvement was the driving force behind Quality Care 2020, a contemporary accreditation program for community pharmacy which is centred around enabling continuous improvement, innovation and bringing together best-practice business operations with excellence in safe and quality care.
