Feras Karem is a highly successful retail franchise executive manager with a history of business development, growth and innovation in the pharmacy sector. As co-founder and Managing Director and CEO of Pharmacy 4 Less, Feras has built the business to 125 pharmacies across Australia, making it one of the fastest growing pharmacy groups in Australia. Feras also identified the need for smaller format stores and created the In 2 Health Pharmacy brand, which later transitioned to the Your Chemist Shop brand, building it to 23 pharmacies. After identifying the lack of doctors in some areas to support the pharmacies, he also so developed HealthSure Medical Centres. Feras served on the Pharmacy Guild’s NSW Branch for almost seven years and was also Senior Vice President and Vice President of Finance.
