Jatinder Kaur is the director of JK Diversity Consultants and an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker, who specialises in working with migrant and refugee communities in Australia. She has over 15 years of professional experience across research, policy, social work, child protection, mental health, refugee settlement, domestic violence and community development. In 2011, Jatinder was appointed by the Australian Government as an ‘Independent Expert’ panel member on the ‘Access and Equity Inquiry Panel’, an inquiry into Australian Government services to ensure they are responsive to the needs of Australia’s culturally and linguistically diverse population.
